FAQs

1. Do you deliver?

Yes, as we are small business we currently deliver to Cwmbran addresses for a £3 fee, NP20 for £3.50 and NP10 for £4.00. We do not deliver or post outside of this area but all customers are welcome to collect their orders from our address.


2. Can I drop in to browse your products or buy without ordering?

Unfortunately, no. Our business is based in our home so please complete an order and book your collection day before visiting us.


3. When will my order be ready?

Orders are ready for 2pm to collect and Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. We will happily hold on to them longer for you but ask customers to put a time in the box at checkout if they plan on arriving after 3pm.

If you would like your order to be prepared earlier we can sometimes offer this, but please speak to us before ordering.


4. What are 'Guest Flavours'?

At Fat Fox Doughnuts we want to give our customers something new to try, and will change 2 of our flavours every month. These will be called 'Guest Flavours' - check out our product pages to see what is available each month.


5. Do you cater for allergies?

All of our products are made in our home kitchen. We do not prepare our products at the same time as our family food but there is always a very small risk of cross-contamination with allergens. Many of the products we make contain gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts. If you are in doubt, please check our Allergen Information page and speak to us on social media first if you have a severe food allergy or are concerned in any way.


6. Can I cancel or change my order and receive a refund?

Yes, subject to conditions. Please check our Refund Policy page for more information.


7. Do I have to pay online?

We ask our customers to pay online by card where possible. If you are unable to pay online we do take bank transfers - please order through our Facebook page if you require this. At this current time we are unfortunately unable to accept orders for cash.


8. Do you only make doughnuts?

We offer a variety of other treats - please take a look at our product pages to find out more.


9. Do you take bookings for events?

Absolutely! Please contact us on social media to discuss hiring us to cater for a private event.


10. How do I redeem my reward points?

Please make sure you are logged into your account when you order to earn your reward points. To redeem, when logged in and viewing your basket you should see the option underneath "Proceed to Checkout".
